I had two daughters in the Navy and no one in our family would have asked them not to wear their dress uniform!! They were both in dress whites for my dad’s funeral (dad was Navy too) and when they saluted during taps I knew my dad was smiling from heaven so proud of them! Serving your country is an amazing honor. And although they both have their DD214’s they would both go back in a heart beat if they were needed. <br>SHAMEon OP’s family, they don’t deserve her.

I will never understand these victim mentality people. Maya's family has clearly disowned her and treats her like trash yet she still sends them thousands of dollars to pay their bills. It makes no sense whatsoever. I would have told that family good riddance and that would be the end of it.

This was the BEST story I have listened to! I am fairly new to listening to these stories. I've listened to over 50 stories. This was incredible. I was soo caught up in the story that I closed my eyes and I was there. I mean I felt like people were talking directly to me. Lol, I even laughed at someone's comment.
