This is relatively well-known book up to 13...0-0. 14. Qb3 is something of a novelty and to my eyes not a good one (someone with Stockfish reply if that's wrong!). An example as to why Qb3 is problematic comes from a classic game in this line (Walter Brown - Cebalo 1985). That game continued 14. a5 Rab8; 15. Na4 Ne8; 16. Rb1 Nc7; 17. b4, challenging black's queenside play and winning (as was common at the time) in 40 moves. Every Benoni player knows this game and the various manoeuvres to bring a knight to c7. The older (late 70s) plan was often more direct, with Na6-c7 (particularly in the Old Benoni, without ...e6) but most modern players prefer this scheme as the QN on d7 is usually more flexible.
