  My step son who is my son in every way, whom I love with all my heart was violated in the worst way from the age of 2 till the age of 8 when he disclosed_ by someone who was a trusted adult in his life. That I guarantee every parent has intrusted with their child. <br>Back then in the late 90’s&amp; 2000’s boys who were victims of SA really were overlooked. By law enforcement and even by therapists I feel. Even the court system.<br>His perpetrator got 3 yrs for 1st degree SA of a child under the age of 3. &nbsp;They let him plead to 3 yrs .. Imagine the message that sent my son and to the community.<br>My step son is now 28.. In the military and has always struggled to keep his life above board and not drown in the trauma. He has struggled with functional alcoholism.. and smoking marijuana…. But he is such a good person. So kind.. so beautiful.. <br>He is now in therapy for the first time and I am praying it works for him to help him heal…<br>I want Drake to know that his being in the documentary is what my son said led him to go into therapy. <br>We love u Drake. ❤ and thank u for being so vulnerable

  I met Drake yesterday after his concert. And WOW, his music deserves to be 10000x more popular and also he was kind. He took off his sunglasses when I told him how much I appreciate his authenticity and how he&apos;s a beautiful person with everything he&apos;s been through. He only deserves the best

  Drake is a perfect guest for this podcast. His experience can provide a lot of insight into the psychology of child stardom and male victims of CSA. And the fact that both Mayim and him were child actors is great, because they share a unique experience.

  There were so many things i never knew i needed to hear on this episode. Children should never be accused of having the capacity to seduce or somehow tempt an adult and anyone who is willing to say that should be assessed for their own trauma or capacity for being a predator because no well adjusted adult would ever think anything like that about children. I did find a lot of what drake experienced extremely relatable and i hope he&apos;s healing and seeing him light up and get excited about things again gives me hope for more of us heavily groomed and abused as children healing and finding joy in life.
