I feel a much cleaner soul having decided I want nothing to do with the church and its hypocrisy.

Many churches got taken over by ministers who were corrupt and using religion to get rich and to gain power over people! That is why I stopped going to church!

Well now,, spent forty five years as a minister. We were trained to curry money above all things. We were told firmly that our main responsibility was raising money. You think not? Oh hell! Just you try to even ask for direct help from a mainline church. See what happens. If you should be so bold and insane as to try to demonstrate the love of god over the importance of money, get ready to move away!! ‘Cause Honey, they will run you out.
