  Not sure why this landed in my feed, but what a good interview. For some reason I&apos;ve been getting loads of scammy day-trading videos in my feed. It&apos;s always the same BS about finding an &quot;edge&quot; and mastering your psychology, mostly delivered by 25 year old kids who claim to be multi-millionaires. This guy is the real deal, and he summarizes the situation perfectly @<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzdgrDCeozI&amp;t=924">15:24</a>. The entire interview should be required watching for anyone who thinks they&apos;re going to get rich trading options or whatever dumb thing is fashionable right now.

  I read more than 200 trading books, watched 100+ interviews... Never have heard of Tom Costello and it turned out maybe the best podcast I watched ever... I got here by a recomendation from a friend

  Damn, he&apos;s bloody honest and outspoken. This is one of the most sobering conversations with someone from the finance industry I&apos;ve heard. I also found him on Quora, where he answers all kinds of finance related questions. Thank you for this interesting conversation.
