"Do not attack" -> draws first blood by murdering a knight

Even more effective: Don't play chess. 100% guaranteed you'll never lose at chess that way.

Your system works,20 years I played chess the wrong way,the books I read about chess were more about the patterns but not the thought process

“Let’s just move the rook. We just need to move it” 😂 Great insight there

For me the most effective observation was the first about developing pieces where you mention what it is doing now as well as what WAS it doing, realizing I did not often consider that step especially in the opening

You know, I have watched a silly number of ches tutorial videos in my life and this is one of the clearest and best I've ever seen.

This was one of the best videos that I have seen. Very simple with little to calculate, at least at my level.

I often lose winning positions because I fail to simplify. In your game, I would have been afraid to lose material at the end, but you showed that it's a winning endgame.

I, too, lost a lot of games trying to win "brilliantly". When I studied Karpov, a light when on in my head, and I stopped spinning my wheels at 1600.

I followed your system and added not attacking in opening phase i found much cleaner games though in not making best or amazing moves i am no longer getting misses been hitting 0/0/0 every game since adapting this style next step is getting better at reading moves ahead into their plan or just developing in a way that puts pieces on their best squares and avoid advanced tactics like clearance, blockade, interference , tempo and zugzswang. To take it a step further but for now forcing brain to go through steps
