  Study the four people at 38 seconds.  Background:  a furniture designer once told me that people are uncomfortable sharing a couch unless they are family.  Look at the two men - ten to one they are brothers. Look at the way one man has his leg on the other's leg, and neither one even seems to notice.  The two women are maintaining careful separation.  Anyhow, the designer told me that a group of guests will be more comfortable in chairs than on a couch.

  Entryway for traveling guests is through the  laundry/mud room right inside the garage, not the front door.  It’s tiny.  Have to figure that out.

  Like all useful YouTube videos, it’s too slow making the points, videos and still shots don’t always match the subject.  Still useful, but also significant time wasted.

  At 41 seconds:  get rid of the coffee table.  The room is too crowded for that.  If you want to have food or drink, go to the island or the dining room.

  Went to a cookie cutter builder’s new neighborhood grand opening.  All open concept of course. I asked if they could put a sink somewhere else than in the island. They said no.  Dumbest idea ever - in my opinion.
