  This is definitely a new favorite 😂😂 oh man, she really tried the “i found a second Will that magically confirms everything that you said about the marriage being a lie(y'know, information that I only just learned about hours before), and look!! It says he left me with EVERYTHING as an apology " 😂😂😂 AHHAHAHAAAAA I genuinely wish she actually tried to go through with that plan, just to be laughed at when they compare his handwriting with hers

  Wow,Betty is an amazing woman,her husband and so called friend betrayed her and robbed julia of a father but left her and betty with a broken family and home but remained strong and smart really for holding that grudge karma paid her back except with nothing even her son left her,it was very kind and beautiful that Betty took in Thomas and raised him and put him through college treated him as her own after all what his mother had done

  Remins me of a story i read on reddit or something. Man leaves his wife and moved in with,his mistress.  He filed for divorce but it was never finalized. He died in a workplace accident. He never changed the beneficiary on anthing like life ins, 401k etc. Also he died without making a will. So his legal wife got everything from his estate and even got a 2 million payout from his employer. The mistress didn't get squat. She tried to sue but the case was dismissed.

  What IS the timeline of this story, exactyl? They talk about their kids being friends in elementary school, &amp; how the theft of the CEO husband was &quot;2 years ago,&quot; but when Betty was talking to Thomas she mentioned he hadn&apos;t seen her daughter for at least 10 years - even though him, the Dad, &amp; the other mom only left town AFTER the spousal theft &amp; &quot;remarriage.&quot; - which was, again, TWO years prior. <br>Also, Thomas is &quot;barely&quot; a teenager yet is already filling out college applications? How does THAT work?<br><br><br>I&apos;d also like to see a Part 2 where Julia &amp; Thomas are about to get married to each other, only for his Mom to try to screw things up for them. Because you know that&apos;s where this is going.

  Your spouse doesn’t have to sign or agree to become divorced. A judge will grant your petition for divorce in court. One spouse can not remove visitation rights from the non custodial parent either only a judge can do that.
