That guy "tracking progress with a shirt"... it's clearly not even the same shirt lol the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve is way different in length.

I really enjoy his reactions to these. Eddie is such a pro and to get his take on workout vids as a whole is enjoyable. He’s also very fair in his critiques. Keep it up big guy!

What happens to Eddy Hall in gyms should not be used as a benchmark for 'what happens' in gyms. Most people do not legpress a ton and pass out whilst shitting them selves.
