BIRRIA DE RES PARA 12 A 15 PERSONAS

Good day, thank you for being here. I already have a video of beef birria, but it's a larger batch for parties or businesses. I've been asked to make a smaller version, so this time I'm making this birria with a smaller quantity. It will serve approximately 12 to 15 people, but it all depends on how you serve your dishes. I hope you like it. Here's the list of ingredients: 5.2 kilograms of mixed beef or 11.5 pounds 15 guajillo peppers 2 dried pasilla peppers 3 red tomatoes 1 1/2 heads of garlic 2 tablespoons of oregano 1 1/2 tablespoons of pepper 1/4 tablespoon 1/4 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon thyme A little less than 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 2 bay leaves 1 cup white vinegar or you can use apple cider vinegar 1 beer (optional) Here are some of my other videos: Ash Tamales TAMALES DE CENIZA RELLENOS DE FRIJOLES ||...
