As an aircraft maintainer, a problem I see is, they're still producing the H-6. The B-52 and B1 have been out of production for decades. Leading to consistent Parts shortages, as most of the parts come out of retired airframes out of AMARG. This affects up time and Mission readiness. But the H6 has an active production line that is producing new airframes and readily available parts. So whatever their mission may be, I imagine they might have more consistent up times and Mission readiness capabilities. But that's just my point of view as a mechanic.
