Here's the question I keep coming back to since editing this one: where does your light actually go? Not "social media" — dig one layer past that. What's the specific outward pull that eats the most of you on a normal Tuesday? — the section on the mandalas Jung drew every morning for fifteen years without knowing why. That's the moment this whole video pivots for me every time I watch it back.
Drop your answer below. I read all of these, and they genuinely shape what we cover next.
— Andrew

You just reminded me that I spent hours drawing mandalas spontaneously every day for years as a child - using the Spirograph toy. I used to love that thing!

I'm a Jungian Analyst and while I am in the process of reading Jung's Commentary on the Golden Flower., I stumbled over this video! What a beauty you have designed to communicate this truth about truly living. I applaud you and your work. Just don't like the ads! LOL

What they're talking about is self-awareness so the observer can observe itself. Self-awareness is the mastery key because it's a powerful form of internal pattern recognition. It allows the observer to operate with spiritual authority and break the automatic and unconscious patterns that run the system.

* Self-awareness: Metacognition | See it.
* Self-reflection: Meta-analysis | Observe it.
* Self-knowledge: Metadat | Understand it.
* Self-correction: Meta skills | Leverage it.

Self-awareness expands in levels and stages.

5 Levels of Awareness Expansion

😴Asleep: Pain
😳 Awake: Awareness
👁 Aware: Application
☯ Aligned: Refinement
🕉 Avatar: Embodiment

At 20:04 the Toaist teaching of chapter 70 says "My words are easy to understand and easy to practice, yet no one can understand them and no one can practice them." This references the dropping of a sense of a separate one.

I can feel myself behind my eyes inside watching I can feel me inside this body.

Manifesting honestly never made much sense to me, and after a while I started feeling like I was just bad at it. I took Vera Hart’s archetype quiz without expecting much, but the result was weirdly accurate. It actually helped me see what I’d been doing wrong. Just give it a try ❤️

'The terms stopping and seeing basically cannot be separated. They mean concentration and insight. The turning around is stopping, the light is seeing. Stopping without seeing is called turning around without light. Seeiing without stopping is called having light without turning it around. Remember this.' - from the book itself. That's Watts and Jung. Liu said 'remember this' for a specific reason

Being...Let it come. Let it be. Let it go. Without attention. As the wind of a passing day.

From Bagwan Rajnesh Osho I learned that to achieve harmony with Tao you need to stop trying and just BE.

For years, I kept searching for a way of manifesting that actually made sense to me. Then I randomly found Sara Rivers arche type quiz and filled it out out of curiosity. The result described me almost perfectly, and I’ve looked at manifesting completely differently ever since. I’d recommend it to anyone who feels like they’ve hit a wall.
