  Guys since you guys have more time with the smoker.. you guys should get some To- Go containers and put the food in that way when you guys get to the block.. you just have to set the table up pass out the containers,  condiments and drinks... More people get fed because it's proportionate and then you guys will have more time to do what you can't get done.

  Would it be easier to clean new smoker if you line shelves with aluminum foil or some silicone mats ?<br>Glad you were blessed with the smoker.
