Finché l’elezione di un procuratore avverrà tramite un atto politico e secondo una logica di ripartizione delle "sedie"", il sistema sarà inevitabilmente oggetto di critiche, perché non solo si mette in dubbio l’indipendenza della magistratura, ma anche il fatto che la scelta avvenga realmente sulla base delle capacità e delle competenze. Inoltre, mi domando come abbia fatto l’Ufficio presidenziale a non rilevare un evidente conflitto di interessi. Trovo tutto ciò profondamente vergognoso.

purtroppo è quello che potrebbe accadere anche in Italia se passasse il si al referendum che l'esecutivo metta procuratori che fanno comodo all'esecutivo.
