  I would&apos;ve been all for the new soundtrack if the game itself was an Origins/Legends-style remake of Rayman 1, but when it instead replaces something that used to be there, it&apos;s difficult to not feel like something is missing.

  The original soundtrack uses A LOT of stock sound effects and music samples from old sound libraries that the licenses probably expired for. That was likely the core issue here.

  Thanks for the shoutout :) also yeah, its clearly something messy and either time or money was a blocker. I love that OST so much and its a real shame that its been replaced. The new ones are... alright some good and some bad but I just don&apos;t think they fit Rayman 1.

  The exact translation of the french sentence he wrote, &quot;cela n&apos;a pas été pour des questions légales&quot;, is &quot;this has not been for legal reasons&quot;. <br>I&apos;m not good enough in English to know if it sounds weird, but it is definitely weird is french. In fact, I am quite sure that he just forgot to write the word &quot;POSSIBLE&quot;.<br>&quot;This has not been POSSIBLE for legal reasons&quot;.<br>In French &quot;Cela n&apos;a pas été POSSIBLE (same word 😁) pour des questions légales&quot; sounds proper french.<br><br>So I&apos;m quite convinced there WERE legal and technical issues.

  On Steam giving a dislike is really the only way to express some kind of discontent.<br>Even if their overall feelings are positive they could still be giving a dislike because they want it to be clear they&apos;re not fine with this.

  The new version of the &quot;Creepy Clowns&quot; OST is so good, man. Like I can understand if some people don&apos;t like the new OST&apos;s, but I personally love them.
