  If I remember correctly, it wasn&apos;t that he said he couldn&apos;t control his body, he said it&apos;s harder for him to hold back and accidentally kill his own minions.

  I never thought of the purple things as &quot;spots&quot; but more like glass or crystal that is part of his body

  I like that Frieza explained that he used his 1st form to conserve energy and because his true form was too powerful; he probably crushed cups and tapped folks through walls by complete accedent, now cut to the Broly movie where he’s just rocking his birth form like it’s no big deal; Goku came into this man’s life, got him to work out and made him more comfortable in his own skin, that’s growth!

  Cell: had to absorb Androids 17 and 18 to get stronger.<br><br>Buu: had to absorb HIMSELF and OTHER fighters (Gotenks, Piccolo and Gohan) to get stronger<br><br>Baby: Had to absorb Vegeta to get stronger<br><br>17/Super 17: Android 17 had to fuse with himself to get stronger and Super 17 had to absorb energy from SSJ4 Goku to get stronger<br><br>Syn Shenron: had to absorb the Dragon Balls to get stronger<br><br>Zamasu: had to steal Goku&apos;s body AND fuse with himself to get stronger <br><br>Moro: has to absorb planets and ki energy to get stronger <br><br>Frieza: The ONLY villain who didn&apos;t have to absorb or fuse with anyone to get stronger!
