  As a console player I must say, the high TTK is such a big factor. Not getting destroyed in just 0.1seconds makes the ankle breaking movement so so so much bearable and actually fun. I didn’t try before cause I thought it was too sweaty, but is actually super fun and I don’t put more hours into it because work and college don’t allow me. Progression wise is very friendly; It’s very easy to get the coins needed to unlock equipment and the daily missions give a lot of XP for the battle pass and other stuff. You should try it, and maybe play with the mayor himself (Kelski)

  I just played the finals for the first time in the last week.<br><br>Already level 40 and it’s an absolute banger that needs to blow up even more. Never played a game like it. Me and all my friends who I put on are addicted

  To address some of the questions:<br><br>You basically never get stuck in destruction, because you have things in your kit to blow your way out.<br>Most of the best weapons are given by default. It doesn&apos;t take much time to unlock stuff by playing. Generally, you can use whatever setup you like - if you figure out how to use the kit, most stuff is completely viable. I never build a class around meta, I just pick the stuff I find fun.<br>Strength covers your ability to throw objects - not just barrels, but objectives and other pieces of utility around the map, including utility an enemy player has deployed.<br>Invisibility plays a sound effect when you go into it and it has a shimmer like cloaking in Halo. It can be annoying to begin with but it has been nerfed a lot and with a little bit of practice it is absolutely manageable.<br>Your concern about the weapons is basically null now - while weapons still fit the associated class, there is WAY more variety nowadays. For example, the heavy has an AR if that&apos;s why you played Medium.<br>Shielding is fun, most of the time you play selfish with your shields - this isn&apos;t reinhardt (I get rein is way more selfish w/ shield now in ow2, think ow1 / 6v6 sigma shield usage)<br>Dematerialiser is on a cooldown and so it really isn&apos;t like fortnite builds / can&apos;t be spammed, its more of a playmaking util. Similarly, other classes have similar kit to make those kinds of creative plays - the gateway on light is like a 2 way teleporter you can throw both exits for.<br>The winch claw is nowhere near as bad as roadhog.<br><br>There&apos;s a few other things I&apos;ve prolly missed, but you should game another try, a real try. It&apos;s clear from the comments you make about the game that you have an understanding that either no longer applies due to updates or you kinda made a snap judgement when you first tried it and missed the bigger picture.<br>Scope for creativity in terms of how the kit interacts with each it other and the environment is limitless. You will have a lot of fun with the game just trying out silly shit instead of trying to be good at it. :)<br><br>P.S goo gun is chadded, you can also use it to trap enemies for a second by directing them as well as the examples in the video, highly recommend just running around with it with a squad and trying whatever stupid stuff comes to mind

  For your final comment, it really doesn&apos;t take long to unlock other gear (abilities and weapon options) for each class. And they do a good job balancing so you aren&apos;t really missing out especially since it gives you that fun progression feeling that you got something new to play with. The skins are a different story but they are all cosmetic.
