  You didn't calibrate the compass on your drone properly, which is why it started going crazy.

  You need to calibrate the gyro. The circle ritual we refer to as toilet bowling. <br><br>It shocking how people that review these tend to crash them. I flow cheap e88 and e99 just to see and found they fly fine for what they are, you just need to calibrate by holding the gyro button down for a couple seconds on a flat level surface and you can counter the drift as they all drift in altitude mode depending on wind. Even the DJI will if you turn GPS off. To be honest for a beginner drone, it better not to have GPS as you actually learn how to counter trim/drift and learn the basics of the controls. <br><br>The few Chinese drones tested all flew fine. My favorite of the Chinese drones is the L600 as has a 3 axis gimbal that actually works, or L200 they roll a bit more and control are very responsive as a result. In other words it flys and handle better then most Chinese drones I tested. Plus rate 3 they go pretty fast at around 28 to35mph and handle wind great as flow it in moderate 18mpg wind and still actually moved pretty well. It is a 4500mah 2s battery and flight time no to little wind 25 minutes and about 18 to 20 minutes with moderate wind.<br><br>As far as a beginner drone the e88 and e99 but for with brushless version as they updated them are fine for beginners as they not as easy to fly and no GPS which is a good thing. To be honest wish they got rid of optical flow as well as makes it to easy, people need to learn how to counter drift and on takeoff and landing like we did back in the day before vision systems and optical flow was around. Just don’t fly the e88 and e99 in any moderate wind above, it is not great in wind due to 1s battery.

  The xt 505 drone was amazing. Flew into a tree stayed in the top of that tree. When I hit the automatic return button, it got stuck in the top for over a year, fell out the tree. Like 14 months later, my neighbor gives it to me battery waiting to see if it&apos;s gonna work, the motors turn a little slight rust on them not much nothing to talk about and no battery. I guess the battery must have fell out LOL. &nbsp;Can&apos;t wait to see if it works
