"If its not worth doing at all, then its not worth doing well" = If its not worth putting all your money in a stock, then its not worth putting any money into it.

The late Charlie Munger says very little but means a lot. He says that ethical businesses would not sell themselves to hedge funds or private equity. Here in the UK we've seen great companies hollowed out and asset-stripped by those short-term owners. eg. Thames Water and the AA (Automobile Association, a car-drivers' service). He later says that the USA is at the apex of its great civilisation whereas Warren Buffet says that children and grandchildren will live better than their parents. I suspect that Mr Munger was correct.

1:22 I think what he meant to convey is that if it's not worth doing big then it's not worth doing at all.
