  I'm 70. Everything I buy now, I figure my kids will trash when I die. Keeps me from buying very much unless I seriously think I can't live without it.

  I was a teen in the 2000s and the RAW JOY I would feel saving for one singular bag or pair of shoes and then finally.going to buy them was way better than whatever tf this was. Keeping a wallet until it literally crumbles because a wallet is so personal and full of memories. Cha ging wallets/bags everyday is MENTAL
