  The dog has it made. He gets three meals a day, he is warm and he is loved. There are children that live in houses that don`t get all that.

  My dog stayed in the car with me hiding around storage units dead of winter Michigan about 2 months... He saved my life him being with me in that moment.. r.i.p bubba

  I spent $500 making my empty cargo van livable in 2016. I bought it used from a food caterer. I'm not homeless - I'm houseless. What incredible freedom and adventure it has led to.

  It is a crazy feeling to wake up in a park every morning crack of dawn with the birds and getting that nature walk in early when it's still cool outside.

  If I was single no kids.... &nbsp;I&apos;d get a nice spacious van, a gym membership and stack as much money as possible to buy rental property and retire early. <br>Temporarily though. I couldn&apos;t do it forever

  the problem isnt living in a vehicle its having a job that can accommodate that, we need to ban to gather in a community and rely and support each other.

  Been living the van life for 6 years and going into year seven. &nbsp;I love it but there is some sacrifices a lot of van life people don’t talk about.
