  As a design major who uses sketchup, genuinely this is INSANELY impressive that it was done in sketchup. Like it looks terrible but the amount of effort and mental fortitude it took to make this in SKETCHUP is INSANE

  I think it goes deeper than that. There&apos;s something just simply beautiful about a son chasing their lifetime dream together with a supportive parent &nbsp;within their economic means (without any AI). The $6.7 million ROI is just a bonus.
