A juror “to help all women” versus judge the case in front of them, is in an of itself disqualifying. I fully realize it happens all the time, but that doesn’t make it right.

I can’t imagine, remembering everything that happened and the most traumatic day of your life. Patrick also looking at all the rooms, but he didn’t look down in the basement so he likely knew it from that.

Jurors can believe everything, nothing, or something in between those 2 extremes of what each witness says - even expert witnesses. <br><br>Dr. Resnick also said on cross examination that it is very unusual that someone would hear a commanding voice once and never before never after and normally one doesn't act on it the 1st time. That, along with her actions that day, that indicate she preplanned to get PC out of the house and immediately set off to do what she did to the kids she that ultimately she wasn't psychotic to me at least.

Bro counsel, jurors are not Experts, nurse or not. Plus, note to Judge said “doubt”, not “reasonable doubt”. Did you catch that? Also jurors are not needed to show evidence. Lawyers do

It sounds to me like the dissenting juror did, at some point, express why he held his position. It would seem that at the end of deliberations, he stopped engaging because there was nothing more he could say to satisfy the rest of the jurors. At any rate, I don’t think it’s ever okay to dox a juror, no matter what their vote is.
