There's part of the video that's completely unfortunate. "People just want to make a check."
I had to learn this out the hard way. I'm a drill sergeant in the army, and I want everyone to be the best soldier. People need to go through things if they want to grow but that's not how everyone else sees it.
No matter what you do, even if it is sweeping the floor, do everything to the best of your ability.

You know, I never ever hardly make comments on videos no matter how much I like what I’m watching. I consider myself an HVAC guy by trade being that’s what I’ve been doing for the most part the last couple years, though I’m currently unfortunately not doing HVAC due to other reasons at this time, but I just have to say I truly have enjoyed listening to this podcast though it’s mainly plumbing…it’s the conversations about running a business, development of character, customer service, morals, developing a skill you can take with you wherever you go, etc. it’s very interesting and I very much enjoy it so keep doing what you do!

This was awesome! I’m not even in the trades, I’m looking to start an accounting firm serving the trades and stumbled upon this in an effort to know my customer better, and it kept me all the way to the end and am curious to listen to more.

KEEP UP THROUGH GOOD WORK!

It’s crazy, how I got into the trades was through the Carpenters Union, but then later switched over to plumbing on accident and fell in love with the trade! But started with my dad telling me son when are you going to get out of these dead end jobs and get into a trade! Best decision of my life!

Hey Roger I love the content, your such an inspiration not only to me but to the young generation of plumber coming up. By the way here’s a photo that we took together at the AHR expo in Atlanta GA.
