  Doesn't matter if the spots are open or not, you don't block / park in handicap spots unless you are handicapped

  One of the things that some people who watch these videos don’t understand and the people who live in these apartments, townhouses etc. there is an agreement that the tenant signs and it includes rules covering parking spots, condition of vehicles and proper registration including but not limited to expired registration.  They find out what they agreed to once they get a sticker on their vehicle and then many of them do the next stupid thing , they remove the sticker thinking that’s going to save them. The stickers are applied, a video is made of the vehicle and they’re on the list to get towed.  Additionally there are notified either by text/email or notification on their front door.  You can’t fix stupid but if you look at some of these people and listen to them, you’ll understand why they’re in the position they’re in.
