I love my Jibun habit tracker. I use it to plot my sugar numbers at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and track some health things around that. It helps to have that visual for me. It's tracking my life, not really habits. maybe that's why i like it so much. i can see my health improving. My monthly is a short comment on something great from the day (appreciating the small things). The weeks do not use a well as i should. And i love how you use the lists for different things other than what they say. I will be doing that now! I also like your color blocking. It's a great visual of how your time is being used. Thank you for this! I would not be able to be without my Jibum. I switched to this from making my own planner and it's saved me so much time, but been a learning curve on using a pre-made planner! Thank you for this video!

I like that the paper isn’t as thin as the hobonichi. I love the vertical weekly layout. I’m considering using it again next year but I’m not sure.

Omg ❤ jibun techo ! I used one for my first year of physical planning in 2026!! It was hard for me to plan in the weekly at first until I started using mini page flags for tasks and that changed the game for me so I could move around stuff and move the task to the next day then write down what I actually did
