  Hello. I'm a beginner in weaving. After spending a few days browsing YouTube, I came across your tutorial. This is the clearest video I've seen so far about setting up a loom. The filming is high-quality, the speech is calm, even, and clear. Thank you! 😊

  I've just spent 3 days watching videos on rigid heddle weaving so I can help my teenage daughter, who has decided she wants to learn this [I'm just a poor humble knitter - I don't even crochet!!]  This is by far the very best tutorial on youtube.  Not only do you cover everything is a very clear manner - but you also do so in a very efficient manner without a lot of distracting filler and/or detail that beginners don't need.  I don't mean to be harsh on the very kind people who have given of their time and knowledge to also prepare and post tutorials - thank goodness for such kind people.  But you seem to have a unique talent for being interesting, informative, and also to the point.

  this is the BEST video tutorial ive seen! the official ashford video for setting up the loom left me completely confused, but this is making it all so clear!!

  I just bought my Mom a 16 inch rigid heddle loom and taught her how to use it! Incredibly rewarding experience.

  Thank you for your clear, complete instructions! I did a lot of weaving on my Ashford loom about five years ago and then went on to other projects. I've gotten the urge to weave again and needed to relearn everything I had forgotten. I hit the jackpot by finding this video. Thank you SO much!

  Just beautiful!  The yarn shop woman was right about using the chunky yarn.  You can see the warp yarns so good.
