  I appreciate you talking about afternoon lack of energy. I think sometimes we watch people do these marathons and assume they have infinite energy and we compare. Now that I’m 47 and going through perimenopause, I just can’t accomplish what I used to be able to and sometimes that makes me a bit sad.

  I just wanted to say that I really like your channel. So many people would have hidden the mess and the mistakes, but the fact that you own that cooking isn’t perfect or mess free is actually so nice. I really struggle to watch people who don’t seem to have any sort of mess in their home because it feels fake. I appreciate that you’re showing us that it’s OK to make mistakes and that it is OK to make a mess while doing something as important as feeding your family.

  Christine, The Family Freezer makes some gallon sized PEVA  bags, and periodically she puts them on sale. They have been reasonably priced and I like them. She offers both gallon and quart size at a MUCH better price than Stasher bags.   I love watching your marathons and it gives me so many new ideas; Thank you!

  Hi Christine,  I am an Indian housewife and I love watching your videos. Just a suggestion that you should put wheels on your mini appliances so that it would be a lot easier to move it in and out of the cabinets. I use it too and its very helpful in moving and cleaning.

  We cook very similar, which is why I think your videos were recommended. I’m older, with adult children and grandchildren, so I am impressed by your hard work and sharing of the gifts God gave you. I got a kick out of watching your energy deplete to the very end. I call that, “hitting my wall”! 😅 It’s relatable.
