I genuinely love that this video starts as a series review and then turned into a completely reasonable rant about the bullshit Sega has been doing with the series recently.

And if we are talking about redemption of the actor he wasn't even sorry about it, so how does the victims forgive him if he wasn't apologetic.

Just wanted to say thank you for making this. I’m an SA survivor and seeing a small but loud minority of people in this community defend the actions of someone who committed such a disgusting act and brushing it off by saying stuff like “oh it’s in the past now” makes me so pissed off because it’s so obvious that these people have no idea how bad the psychological impact is on the victim. I’m glad to know you’re on the side with some common sense. I was super excited to play Dark Ties but after finding out about kagawa I think I’ll just stick to watching your streams 🙏

It's gonna feel real weird when Kiryu talks about forgiving Hamazaki in the eventual Kiwami 4

I was initially shocked by Kagawa’s inclusion since I only knew him as the guy from Tokyo Sonata, one of my favorite movies.

Also, it’s funny that YongYea, Kiryu’s English VA, is staying silent on the matter since his YouTube channel is about him calling out the bad practices of the gaming industry, but is staying silent on Sega and RGG’s decision on Kagawa.

Yeah this is a heck of a way to celebrate Kiryu's legacy, release a limited collection that doesn't get restocked (Yakuza Anniversary Edition) Delist the original Yakuza 0 from PS Store, Xbox and Steam and then don't give us the Japan only remasters of Yakuza 1 and 2 in Europe this would have made so much sense, they are dragging Kiryu's legacy through the mud and i hate it

I miss the good old times when society considered (or rather, knew) rape is bad.
