  will never forgot the chef oberoi, arrogant and full of pride 2011 i went for a food trial interview just passout from collage , he threw mt food , the only mistake was i didnt said the correct name of the food. it was fine if he said that but thrwoing my food was an insult never ever stepped back into that hotel again. now iam an executive chef in nigeria.

  When he said itny bade logon ko serve karna nasib walon ka kaam hain..i broke my heart😢... my brother you are human and it&apos;s not your destiny to serve someone ... you are as precious as the vip guest... Get this mentality out of your head..

  The GM seems to be in an urgent need of a leadership coach. Leading with aggression and fear is not sustainable and should never be rewarded. The buck seems to stop at the GM because of the culture he is &nbsp;driving. Empower with accountability, trust and psychological safety

  I have worked at this hotel and my time was absolutely terrible, I am glad i left, guests are kept on their head but for us staff, the seniors would treat us terribly and the hygiene standards and work culture both were so bad. Just working as a staff felt absolutely suffocating. They only care about money and dont have humanity. Forget this place if you ever plan to work here, its a disappointment for all the world work you will put in being a professional. PS- Iworked here last year for almost 7 months. Couldnt take more

  Mr.Chasker lives 2hrs away from the Hotel. Just imagine he commutes 4hrs daily apart from his 8hrs of duty. <br>Hats off to his patience &amp; courage 🙏
