  Very good teaching on just "What is The Gospel". A number of years ago the producers of the "White Horse Inn" radio program went to the NRB and Christian Publisher Conference in Washington, D.C. They asked those who both decided what was published and what was put on both so-called Christian radio and TV, "What is the Gospel". You never heard such humanist junk. There were replies such as, "it is that which makes me feel good about myself" and other such responses. R.C. Sproul was on the WHI radio program a few weeks after they aired these replies and he stated he had to pull over because he was crying so hard. The church needs to have a basic understanding of just what is the Gospel from the bible.

  I enjoyed listening to him and his exposition of what is the gospel.The church to day and this age need this spiritual nourishment more than ever.

  In Greek, the word gospel (euangelion) literally means &quot;good news&quot; or &quot;good message.&quot; The New Testament writers adapted it to mean joyful message of salvation through Jesus christ.<br>There are over 40 gospel but only 4 of those gospels are canonical (Mark, Matthew, Luke, John).<br>Mark is the first Gospel to be written. Matthew contains 97% of Mark while Luke contains 80% of Mark.

  The gospel is the GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM!<br><br>Jesus is going to return and set up the kingdom of God ON THE EARTH! God’s government ON THE EARTH! God resurrected the Messiah! The Messiah will resurrect his people! The destiny of the Messiah and his people is to be ON THE EARTH! The renewed restored earth! God also dwelling with them! Rev 21<br><br>Jesus said the Father is the only true God!<br><br>John 17<br>3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.
