Every senior should have a rice cooker. A small one. A grain, some frozen vegetables and a protein. Put all in the cooker and turn it on. Easy and quick.

When I don't feel like cooking much I make savory oatmeal and add some frozen mixed veggies in it, yum and nutritious.

There are plenty of times that I have made onions and peppers in my scrambled eggs, with a couple pieces of toast. Sometimes I'd rather have that than a meal with meat!

Excellent video and suggestions. I like all. The avocado on toast with egg would be the first choice for me with lots of way to dress it up and add variety. Thank you Senior Kitchen Club.

I'm a new subscriber, so I'm catching up on videos. There are some lovely ideas in here! I would definitely be inclined toward the egg meals, as I often like eggs for supper.
