  The little boy rat is just the sweetest. He looks like a little bear so why not name him Bartholomew after your fave Jellycat. 😊 I think Dolly has my heart though. They are so snuggly. Watching you set up the cage reminded me of when I had my rescue Degu Scooter. It's so much fun building spaces for for babies. I'm so happy they have such a loving mum to take care of them. Xx

  They are so precious!!! Also with Amazon packages when they are in your cart you have to mark that you want them hidden in boxes or else some of them will just ship in original packaging.

  The cage looks very small! What&apos;s the measurements? Rats need a very cluttered enclosure with alot of different things to calm their little brains! They are actually one of the smartest animals in the entire world, they have an iq of 105 (comparable to a 19 year old human!) so it&apos;s very important they have alot of enrichment. Here&apos;s some things you should have in they&apos;re enclosure- foraging toys, chew toys (hanging and on the floor), rope nets to climb, fall breakers (because despite being smart they often aren&apos;t very bright in the bulb!), hides, wood, bridges and you can add many other things in there!<br><br><br>Rats also need a free roam area that&apos;s rat proofed so they don&apos;t escape, hurt themselves or chew something you don&apos;t want them to chew. They don&apos;t have the best perception so they could fall off your bed and injure themselves <br><br><br>Rats don&apos;t get any enrichment from pellets in a bowl, you should instead get a premade mix following the shunamite diet (the shunamite diet is essentially a premade mix that&apos;s nutritionally complete) and scatter it around the cage or put it in foraging toys.<br><br><br>The bedding shouldn&apos;t only be fleece, it stinks up incredibly fast and they can&apos;t dig or express natural behaviours. You can either get grass mats made for rabbits (they tend to be larger) or order plexiglass online to add more bedding in the cage. <br><br><br>Remember rats also need exotic vets and they get very expensive! I&apos;ve spent thousands just treating my 4 girls. It&apos;s clear you love these babies very very much but kindly please know what exactly your getting into! Rats are so rewarding but can also be so tiring and upsetting.

  They don’t bite much like Hamsters right? All the hamsters I have as a present, always tries to bite. I might want a rat too if they don’t bite 😎<br><br>They are just so cute 🥺🥺
