When detached from the experiences of life there can be a new world of impression. And the impression is myself . And more than myself. A connection with something more fine.

You described the indescribable👍
The reel issue is the fact that even the thought can create the emotion😂.
I started recently this practice of (separation) between thoughts and actual scene, and I found that I needed to learn a new language with my body, and the external world, -you know what I mean -, and that the stimulus whatever it’s shape, isn’t the producer of those uncomfortable sensations , but rather my awareness that can link anything to the self’s unfinished memories. period
I appreciate your way of expressing this❤

I just came across you on the Buddha at the Gas Pump channel, came here and listened to this video and had to join your channel immediately. The clarity of your pointing, Leela, is exquisite. Thank you so much 🙏💛

This is the clearest pointing about inquiry I have ever heard. Thank you. I also think it's an example of "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." After struggling with inquiry for years, I recently found my way towards it. And then this video popped into my feed.

Something interesting I noticed was that now that I start to catch my thoughts rising more often I notice that I already know what they will be before they are fully verbalised in my head. Like I will start a long sentence involuntarily and then suddenly I'll realize "wait, I actually know the meaning of this sentence from start to finish without the words attached to it". Made me realize that the "spoken thought" I hear is already long been decided at the point that I am hearing it. It's also fun because now I can think way faster if I want to. I cant start a thought, cancel it because I know it's essence already and instantly move on to the next thought. This has been a super usefull tool for work for me as well as teaching me about my attention and awareness. Another interesting this about this is that I feel an urge to finish the thought in my head anyways. I already know it's content but my thoughts are like "NO, NO YOU NEED TO THINK ME TO THE END". Super interesting, will inquire further into this. Was wondering if anybody else has noticed this for themselves?

Noticing without giving weight (which was difficult and still can be ) was the best thing I ever did. And it makes sense. As soon as we judge something. We label it and it destroy the directness of it. Of the experience of it. It just becomes another thought. But man was it difficult to do. As we are so used to the chopping and labeling. But I always remember this from being a kid. When you say a word over and over it can become nonsense. Like we are saying jibberish. As in essence it really is. Just listen to a language you don’t understand.

It's all about what language is, because it works like the athame, it cuts in both directions that it moves, when all are one and one is All, to be a rock and not to roll
