  Tips(SOME OF THE TIPS HAVE ALREADY BEEN DISCOVERED IN THE VIDEO):<br>1. You can tell if its an anomaly by looking at the security cameras and at their photos<br>2. Some anomalies is obvious to tell bcuz of their appearance but the one with the zig-zag mouth is a patient unless it looks weird on cams or photos<br>3. You can use eyedrops to blow out the candles during a death ritual so you dont waste sanity<br>4. You can ask the anomaly with no eyes banging on the window to leave but you will lose 20% sanity or you can take out coffee but sip it twice first then ask them to leave but if you dont there will be a crack on the window but i dont think thats a problem<br>5. To remove the bed monster you have to get maple syrup and equip it then go to the red box<br>6. You can use eyedrops on the eyes on the ceiling do it doesnt damage you but i dont advise you to do it bcuz you dont need to look up unless you want to fix the broken cameras<br>7. You can use fire extingusher to kill the wall monster<br>8. Ron from accounting,Ratthew and the guy who asks for coffees and favors(i forgot his name) are always good and never anomalies but the guy who ask for coffee is a serial killer<br>9. If you dont know where the fire extingusher is its next to the shop<br>10. You can also use fire extingusher to clean the slime<br>11. If you do all of the guys who asks for coffee and favors&apos; favors and you dont rat him out he will give you another coffee machines<br>12. If you treat Ratthew like a normal patient he will go inside your office and yap about his life but when hes leaving he&apos;ll leave a key he took from the doctor and the key leads to the safe behind the poster in room 5 <br>13. Sometimes after u finish surgery in room 8 purple tentacles will pop up from the patient and you basically do another surgery<br>14. Theres and fifty percent chance that a monster will appear on a broken camera <br>15. You can make the ghost disappear temporarily by using a taser<br>16. If theres animals sitting on the chair in the waiting room if you want extra patients you can tase them and the they&apos;ll faint<br>17. When the ambulance come check the cameras first bcuz some of the patients from the ambulance are anomalies<br>18.   Hey Bun Dun ! Here are some tips if you play once more, <br><br>1. on the clip <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxEh2vt-e0E&amp;t=440">7:20</a>, the eyes does NOT mean they are an anomaly ! Those are one of the 8 types of eyes that normal patients will have ! <br><br>2. If you give the person coffee who is banging on the window, you won’t lose sanity and they’ll just leave !<br><br>3. If you receive a patient who had pure black eyes, they are NOT an anomaly ! They are simply just possessed and will just start a death ritual, they will not kill anyone !<br><br>4. The monster under the bed will NOT pull you under the hospital bed if you give it Maple syrup !<br><br>5. If you see something different with the photo like different ears, if the photo is static or the facial features are completely different, it is an anomaly !<br><br>6. If the patient has a hunched back, it is an anomaly ! A normal patient will ALWAYS have a perfect posture no matter what !<br><br>7. If the patient’s head is always facing the camera or they will follow your movements, it is an anomaly !<br><br>8. Ron from accounting and Ratthew will NEVER be an anomaly and if the photo is static or something is off, it is JUST a glitch !<br>Hope this helps !
