Dave is so charming and alluring. The way he holds himself, so graceful and mysteriously attractive.

I never had tv regularly in my life. It’s nice to find these interviews and music videos I never saw when they were new. They still sound great 2026.

Exciter is definitely an album that I grew into - I don't think it was one dimnesional as such (as Dave said), but I think you have to go below the surface. So in his reference to making music which has different landscapes, Exciters landscape may outwardly give the appearance of a flat surface, but the magic is happening underneath. Like drifting on a seemlessly endless ocean. It's had soundtracked my pandemic summers anyway...

The absence of Alan (mentioned  by Dave and appreciate him being candid) was still palpable, and I believe they always felt it (along with the fans) I liken it to (a bit) the Beatles doing their Anthology without a member (even though Alan is still here, but is so adamant not ever returning, which is so sad). I still appreciate them continuing. The music still touches me deeply , just like Dave says Otherworldly and humbly says he doesn't always understand those connections with each other and the fans. Beyond comprehension. We cannot always put a finger on it, but we just know we love them and the music moves us. They have amazingly beautiful gifts and fortunately share them with us. They look great and love hearing Dave and Martin laugh. Andy seems serious. But I like how he brought up their children taking it for granted how famous their parents are, but asking to attend a show or two with them on it.😉 DM are lovable humble people, our love grows quickly and is sustained by being so relatable. Been a fan since 1982.
