I could not imagine setting up an entire restaurant, prepping, cooking for service, cleaning and tearing it all down at the end just to do it all again the next day. That type of grind must take its toll, takes quite the individual to persevere and keep moving. Much respect.

設営だけで大変なのに営業に片付け、しかも毎日もちろん暇な日もあるだろうに。<br>尊敬するわ<br>人を使うのは責任を持つ、当たり前だけどそれを真剣に考えてくれる店主さんの人の善さよ<br>いつまでも元気に楽しく商売してほしい

なんか…何がとはハッキリ言えないんだけど言葉も声も人となりも物凄く魅力的な店主さんだなぁって思った。<br>言葉の全てにこの人が生きて来た人生が乗ってるからこそすごく素敵だなと。<br>中々九州方面は気軽に行けるとこではないんだけど、ぜひ立ち寄りたいなと思います！

The look in his eyes every time he mentions his mom is heartbreaking. The love he has for his parents and the cart they passed down to him is so beautiful. I'm going to hug my mom a little harder tomorrow.

両親のことを、お父さん、お母さんというところに店主さんの良心を感じました。人を雇うというところも、食事を作る面に関してもすごく考えを持ってやってるすごい人だなと思います。

暑くて汗かいたってのもあるだろうけど、設営の時から営業の時で着替えてるのがめっちゃ好感持てる。<br>大変そうで自分には無理だと思う生き方が、働く男のカッコ良さを感じさせてくれる。
