Hi David you're so lucky to be able to try all these exotic street foods in Hanoi..sweet potato/shrimp/dips...pork sausages..grilles kebabs...organs/dips in those nice green bowls... And best of all dining outdoors with cool breeze even maybe a little hot but still adventurous as you said.....just another naturally beautiful destination to visit...As always much thanks and safe travels..Peace always..
