Tremendous! This is how you make a documentary. DeMille would be so proud.

I am so grateful that those involved in making this wondrous documentary had the fortitude to stick with this project throughout the decades of its development. It is truly one of the most satisfying documentaries I have ever seen. Made by people who loved the quest and communicated that passion to us. My deepest thanks.

Loved playing LA Noire and seeing the abandoned set of Intolerance.

I can sympathize! I live near Santa Barbara and what is said in this documentary is not far off the truth. If you want to blow you nose in Santa Barbara, You will need to get a permit for that!

The idiocacy of those at that permit office absolutely infuriates me; the loss of intact artifacts and history is absolutely tragic. Thank you preserving what you could.

What a great story! I think Cecil B. DeMille himself would have loved to have made a movie based on this script.

I was 9 years old in 1957 when I watched The Ten Commandments with Charlton Heston, sitting under the stars with my parents on lawn chairs and eating popcorn at a drive-In movie theater on a beautiful summer evening. It was the most visually awesome and emotionally powerful thing I had ever seen, and I have vivid memories of it to this day. The chariot race, in particular, was amazing and breathtakingly suspenseful. This was a fascinating, informative and inspiring story. Very nice work indeed. Mr. DeMille was one of the giants of the early days of the motion picture industry, and his work is an iconic part of the history and popular culture of the era.

When I first saw the 1956 version, I was moved by the impact of the message. I was only 10 years old then. It inspired me so much, that when I was 30 years old, I worked for Paramount Pictures, once again inspired by the very place where the Red Sea was parted. What a way to come full circle. I’m still inspired.
