I’m currently living in Canada. The drug situation really going crazy. You can’t just go to hospitals but they are centres and organizations that provide “safe environments” even my university has a room where they provide you with clean needles. Honestly, it’s even crazier down town, it’s literally scary to walk down the street especially at nights and even as guys.
