Ionia, MI There have been tales like this for centuries. Digging them out and getting decent documentation is both the best and hardest part of getting them on the record. Thank you so much for bringing these into the light. My Grandma had a ton of them, but I was too young to write them down - she was born in the TN mountains.

I was 12 and had canned up Boone creek in Kentucky. Was walking up the creek bed when suddenly I felt like I shouldn't be there and KNEW something was there. I slowly backed out. 60 years later,my dad told me he had a similar experience

Yep when my cousin and I was in the woods at Table Rock in NC....I didn't see anyone but I could feel something was watching us as we hiked, I told my younger cousin we needed to go back to her house....lot of moon shiners or hunters, plus I saw the sign of crossed trees, could have been a yeti, cougar, bear or military, they manovers up there too.....but I could feel something watching us and I am never wrong when that happens....even in a crowd I can look straight at someone starring at me....
