To use the sovereign citizen script when you are facing potential life in prison is one of the most stupid things that a person can do. They all have to know by now that their chances of success are essentially zero.

judges should have the ability to just tell these people that the jurisdiction argument is not gonna fly right off the bat Instead they have to go around in circles. I have heard some judges shut down is nonsense and call it what it is: nonsense.
