  I was recently at trader Joe&apos;s they had a lemon flavored pappardelle add <br>I&apos;m going to be making your chicken piccata and add the lemon pasta and lemon alfredo. 😊

  Haven’t had chicken piccata in years, it’s iconic, and I’m so happy you reminded me of this recipe. Like your way of doing it, makes much more sense for the chicken slices to be a quarter inch or so, that way you can actually get some color without overcooking. Also like that you put some of the butter cubes in flour as a way to thicken the sauce. James loves it, so I will give your version a try,lol.
