  Case #3 (*Paraphrase): "If you've got nobody to post a $5K-$10K bond, people get stuck in jail and end up pleading guilty just to get out and rack up more convictions." Judge Fleisher knows the score. Passing on some wisdom.

  Yes, rehabilitation over punishment until it doesn't work. After it shown it doesn't work then come down on them like a bag of hammers. Rehabilitated and they become an asset to society, punishment and they become a burden on society.

  Damn it! The &quot;law&quot; does NOT mention race or the challenges in life as an excuse for committing crimes. No one is entitled to a standard &quot;get out of jail&quot; card for committing crimes because of their RACE. <br><br>I am so infuriated when I hear a Judge repeat and sympathize from the bench with the BLM mantra for these lawbreakers. This judge is letting her know he sympathizes with her &quot;unchosen plight in life&quot; of being born into a specific race. This is a gross bias the judge should be sanctioned for saying this. <br><br>Being born a certain race has nothing to do with the deserved legal consequences for breaking the law. &nbsp;This is one of a million reasons &quot;black &amp; brown&quot; groups have flooded the courts with thousand of more serious criminal acts without concern. They receive FREE legal aid via the public defender office and expect reduced or dismissed charges by the court and/or prosecution. The cost to the taxpayer is &nbsp; obscenely high. <br><br>The lecture from the judge should be there are NO excuses in life for bad behavior and if you break the law, you will held responsible and can suffer losses of freedom, rights and unneeded painful financial penalties. Race should always be ommitted from the court discussion of a crime. Instead, he&apos;s telling her she&apos;s a victim!<br><br>Unlawful behavior is punishable for ANY race of people and there is no excuse for efforts to try to live a law abiding, peaceful, and meaningful life. Being born a certain race is NOT unfair or a personal failure. Race is a biological fact and should not matter in a court of law, PERIOD.<br><br>No judge should EVER hint a defendant is in an &quot;unfair life situation&quot; because of race. The meer mention of race by this judge reinforces the false perception a specific defendant has the right to favorable treatment by the court because they were born with &quot;black or brown&quot; skin. It is very demeaning statement to those races and should be serious court offense.<br><br>Fleischer is WRONG WRONG WRONG to even mention race in a court of law. I am so sick of this shit.

  1. Judge Fleischer, while being a nice guy, needs to immediately find a good comedian to give him some new and actually kinda-funny retorts. &quot;I&apos;m going to light you up&quot;? How does that dummy kid even know what that means? Do You Understand? 😵‍💫<br>2. &nbsp;And when these punks come back with a dirty UA what does he do? He extends their probation, most of the time, &nbsp;and even after 5 or 6 active or recent cases, many open felonies. It&apos;s odd when he gives them actual Jail time. And so on and so forth. I can understand giving teens every reasonable chance he can give them but once they Dump a felony on the court? It&apos;s just sad how much time is wasted. And now Texas has made it illegal to have any THC again so the courts are getting clogged with penny-anny cases once again. It&apos;s just nuts.

Hate that he makes them out to be victims when they are only victim to their own actions. White people have it just as hard,its only because our culture isn’t toxic vs the fake race card, not having a dad in the home culture, not taking accountability and relying on government for assistance. If you hate the white &nbsp;peoples so much then why take the free handouts. I wouldn’t take anything from someone I hate. Being only 13% of the population with most on or receiving benefits which is paid by the majority by white Americans. We are a mixed family of white and black. We aren’t black we are 50/50. We will nor would we make a false claim to be something we are not. &nbsp;Words and facts have meaning. All people on this earth are people of color and all races have been enslaved at one point including white people, even at the same time as the darker people. Nobody wants to learn history so they have no clue that the Jewish community had it 1000 times worse than any other race that was enslaved. They are now one of the richest race because they didn’t cry or play the race card. They got over it and moved on.
