  As a pastry chef, I recommend putting the baking sheet with the cookies directly into the freezer for at least four hours (ideally overnight). Butter cookies are easy to make, but because of their high fat content they deform very easily in the oven. Giving them several hours of resting in the freezer helps them maintain their shape and texture. You can preheat the oven and once it's ready, put the sheet of cookies straight from the freezer into it... 🙌🏻😊

  こんにちは。香港のライブ感溢れる賑やかさを感じました🧧日本にもオーブンなキッチンのラーメン店はありますが、グルーヴを感じます。🎋竹でできた足場や仮設の建物がいいですね。ルールが多い東京とは違う軽やかで自由な風景です。そして赤いランタンとデコレーションをありがとう😊
