THICKER THAN WATER (2019) Original title: Thicker Than Water With: Andrea Roth; Eric Osborne; Tygh Runyan Directed by Caroline Labrèche FSK: Approved for ages 12 and up TABLE OF CONTENTS: It's been a year since Paige and Nathan Decker tragically lost their teenage son, Zach, to an overdose. Nathan and his daughter, Addie, have slowly begun to rebuild their lives. Paige, however, seems unable to let go. Still consumed by grief, she has withdrawn from social life and is unable to work. To compensate for Paige's lost income, the family decides to rent out their spare room. Surprisingly, Paige's life begins to brighten when their charming new tenant, Brandon Wilson, arrives. A student at the local university, Brandon eerily resembles everything Zach represented in the family, and he draws Paige out of her shell. At first, Nathan and Addie are thrilled that Paige is starting to seem more like her old self, but as Brandon becomes more insinuated to the family, they gradually discover a darker and more dangerous side to their tenant. Soon, Addie uncovers a secret about Brandon that will shake the Deckers to their core.
