The conduct of the security forces against the civil protest for the democratic rights in the south is a simple example how the so called security forces would have conducted them self in Tamil area since the independence.Tamil in the north &East are facing harassment intimidation and threats by the security forces even so many years after the war ended youths have turned in to unvoilant normal lives but they have been arrested and detained under PTA although top army rehabilitation office claims their rehabilitation programs are one hundred percent successful this is the main reason they ask the excessive security force to leave North&East. The security forces are interfering with the civil lebarty of the Tamil people by interfering with the civil administrations.They are occupying private lands without any valid reason against the wishes of the people.
