Kakyoin is just an artistic boy, that's why he uses paintings and puppets to emphasize his stand's actions.

Well, Kakyoin himself said that he never met a stand user before DIO, so it's clear as day nobody ever deflected the emerald splash before

Im a little late but anyway. Kakyoin says “no one can just deflect the emerald splash” because he grew up without any friends or people with stands

Lmao Dio isn’t surprised to see a car, he’s remarking at how useful they are compared to what he used to ride in.

my favorite is when the answer to "well how/why could kakyoin ______" is "it's not a power he's just being dramatic"

People thinking that deflecting Emerald Splash is a contradiction because Kakyoin said no one can do it is like thinking that a villain cannot be defeated because he said "Impossible! I can't be defeated!"

Kakyoin said “no one can just deflect the emerald splash” because he never actually fought a real stand
