If Zeke hadn't snitched on his mom and dad, then Eren would've never been born.

I fear the rest of the series will break our boy. Those videos might be longer than the series itself.

This by far my favorite attack on titan series on the internet. Just wondering since overanalyzing aot is coming to an end, you do have plans to make more aot content after this is over right? I watch this series because it feels like watching aot all over again, so please dont stop, even if you die, and even after you die. This is... the series... that you started, isn't it?

I think it was worse for Zeke.

In Paradis, the 'bird cage' was their protection, they thought they were the last humans on earth, fortified against the titans by those walls.

Zeke new his 'bird cage' was a prison, that is was the other humans he could see and hear over the wall, locking them in, and wanting them dead because racism, that was the threat against him.

THAT had to be worse.

33:28 In a sense, Zeke’s running mainline is that of modifying others’ bodies against their consent. His betrayal of his parents got a huge number of restorationists turned into titans. So Zeke was doing that even before he had titan powers. At the end of his arc his position is inverted and he is morphed into Eren’s Founder against his own will. Zeke really does act in a manner of entitled imposition of his will just like his royal ancestors, and once he is in a position resembling that he put others in, he suffers and his arc is complete. Armin then liberates him from Eren and Levi liberates him from existence.

This episode just makes us realize how Zeke lacks the the perspective of Eren.
He thought that Grisha treated Eren the same as he was but he didn't and ironically Eren had the most freedom in the walls than out

41:17 I really like this scene, its a total gut punch especially after getting to see his childhood and ideology. I can't imagine what he must have been feeling in that moment being so close to achieving his dream, especially since his whole plan with the wine started off great in the forest he was lowkey in a great position. The Levi-Zeke dichotomy is so unique imo, I really love it when two characters hate each others guts but are still forced to interact instead of brawl whenever they get the chance. I wish Levi and Zeke got more screen time together its gold whenever they're on screen together

Grisha's experience with Zeke is what made him become a better father with Eren.
