Wow, old-school piano playing at its best. Poised, powerful, expressive, expansive phrasal and tonal range, no grimaces, no gesticulations, no wasted motion. This was a pleasure, even after having heard dozens of performances of the work.

Beatrice Rana is the greatest pianist of our time. When she plays the music floats in the air directly from the composer's heart to your heart.

She dives so deep inside the score translating and transporting the music and its architecture to the audience. Wow! Whatever she performs. I love her!

so gloriously unpretentious, she plays non-technical perfect, as it is the most normal thing in the world, she is the best<br>i remember the brahms concerto in bolzano........

Ms. Rana, you are already a master at a time when most are still finding their own way!

So beautiful. Never sentimental. She only brings out the lyrics and its accompanying motives. Great!

Superb playing: matter-of-fact elegance without calling attention to self, genuine, with feet firmly on the ground throughout.
